What we added at Kew.lk

When we migrated Kew.lk to Shopify, we expanded checkout from card-only to include KOKO and Mintpay (Buy Now Pay Later) and enabled Cash on Delivery via DEX (Daraz Express). Conversion improved measurably — BNPL lowers the upfront commitment, and COD removes trust friction entirely.

Practical notes

• BNPL fees are a marketing cost — price them in, don't fear them.
• COD returns are manageable with SMS/WhatsApp order confirmation before dispatch.
• Show the options early — payment badges on product pages, not just at checkout.
